This gentleman helped me recover files from old computers that otherwise would have been lost forever...to me, my children. Dragged two computers out of a storage unit not knowing where to start. I've cried beautiful tears reviewing photos and videos and writings that would be otherwise lost forever. He is honest, so knowledgeable and gives all the options even if they are not in his best interest. I will not hesitate to recommend him.
